Wanderers in the fourth dimension

I remember when they repeated the first few episodes of The Daleks on BBC4, the same night that Partners in Crime was broadcast for the first time. I have to say that I found Ian and Barbara's plight far more gripping than Dangling Donna. The episode 2 cliffhanger, with Susan heading out alone into the thunderstorm, made me shiver, which PiC definitely didn't.
